PTFE film is an ultra-thin material produced from suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin through processes such as molding, sintering, and skiving. With a thickness range of 0.01mm to 1mm, it combines the chemical inertness of PTFE with the flexibility of thin-film materials, making it a core functional material in high-end sealing, insulation, and filtration applications.
