Product Overview
Ultra-High Molecular Weight PTFE (UHMW-PTFE) Sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic sheet made from ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene through a special sintering process. With a molecular weight exceeding 6 million, it combines the chemical inertness of PTFE with the exceptional mechanical properties of ultra-high molecular weight materials.

Machining Recommendations

Precautions

1.  Avoid direct contact with sharp tools.

2.  Consider the coefficient of thermal expansion during installation.

3.  Long-term use temperature should not exceed 260°C.

4.  Prohibited for use in hydrofluoric acid environments.
